htc evo 3d review

by:ShunXinda      2019-08-31
In the increasingly competitive smartphone market, handset makers must be creative if they want to make their new phone launch a hit.
Htc evo 3D is one of HTC\'s most important products this year-not only does it have dual features
The core processor, but also supports 3D.
You don\'t need to wear 3D glasses to see the effect.
LG\'s Optimus 3D is a gift-like phone, but there is more hype around the htc evo 3D as it is a successor to the very popular htc evo 4g (
Sprint flagship Android phone launched in the United States only).
So, will this phone meet the expectations of HTC and Android fans?
I \'ve been using the htc evo 3D for about two weeks and I\'m impressed.
This is a phone that I would love to buy even without 3D features.
EVO 3D is a phone that looks cool-it\'s not as thin as the Samsung Galaxy S2, but it does have a huge 4. 3-inch screen.
There are usually four Android buttons at the bottom of the panel, touch sensitive, LED backlight.
The connection options include the mini USB port and 3.
5mm headphone jack, but the mini HDMI cable that was previously seen on the EVO 4g was lost.
But the most interesting feature of the phone is the camera.
This dual camera occupies about the fourth area of the rear panel area, in a shiny black stripe with a deep red trim.
The back panel itself is rubber and striped, so it provides a good grip.
The camera on EVO 3D is only 5-
If you want to take a 2D photo, use only one of the cameras.
Only 2-3D images can be taken at mostmegapixel.
For 3D shooting, both images are taken at the same time, and then layered at the top of each other to create a 3D effect.
The camera shutter button itself is very smart-there is a slider at the top that lets you switch between 2D and 3D modes, and the phone also has a large round physical shutter button.
There is also a front 1. 3-
Meg camera for video calls.
EVO 3D runs on Android v2.
3 gingerbread and paired with HTC\'s latest UI Sense 3. 0.
Although the gingerbread itself provides a good user experience, Sense does add a certain degree of skill to the phone and makes it more intuitive.
This phone has 7 customizable home phones and HTC has some very handy widgets.
Most of these widgets, including email, messages, weather, and people, have several layout options to choose from, which is great for anyone who likes to customize freely.
You can also access a bunch of features from the lock screen.
You can choose from 6 different lock screens, each with different central widgets like stock, clock, Friend Stream, etc.
There are also four icons at the bottom, and you can select any of them by simply \"dragging\" them to HTC\'s \"lock circle.
The lock ring also allows you to answer or hang up the phone, or snooze or turn off the alarm clock with a similar drag action.
HTC\'s keyboard is very pleasant to use in EVO 3D, and although it\'s not quite accurate in portrait mode, predicting the word is the best I \'ve seen so far on any smartphone, so I rarely make mistakes.
The EVO 3d has a screen resolution of 540x960 and is ideal for any media.
I watched several episodes of \"community\" on the phone, and the video was clear and smooth.
I do face a little bit of stagger between frames, but this is just the first time I watch the video after loading it on my phone.
The sound quality of the speakers is average, but when I put on my headphones I was surprised by the richness and depth I got-better than most Mp3 players.
A more powerful processor gives you a faster browsing experience.
There are cool things you can do with your browser, like when you zoom in on a Web page, the screen automatically adjusts to give you the best viewing mode.
This effect is very good.
You can also click and long press a word in the text, which comes up with the quick find option, and you can even highlight the entire sentence or phrase.
HTC has its own email app and I prefer the Android Gmail I usually use.
It has a more organized layout that displays a profile picture of a contact, and, like a browser, resize the text to fit the screen.
You don\'t even have to double click except here.
The 2D camera actually gives me some good results with a lot of effects to choose from, such as distortion, vignette, vintage, and more.
You can also adjust white balance, ISO, exposure, contrast and saturation.
Both 2D and 3D, the video can be recorded in high definition 720 p.
Therefore, the \"wow\" factor of the phone is obviously its 3D function.
I have mentioned how the camera works, but what about the results?
The phone has a lot of 3D images and videos pre-installed, which is impressive.
However, since you are viewing the content without glasses, you have to look at the screen at a specific angle to see the effect.
Walking around can cause distortion.
No problem watching the video because you don\'t need a mobile phone at all.
The bracket for the Evo 4G was missed in the EVO 3D.
3D files don\'t look like they\'re just a normal effect, they pop up in front of you, so there\'s more depth of field.
I also have a bit of a headache when I watch too much 3D, and several other people who see the phone also have the same view.
The 3D photos I took were good and the light was good, but there was a lot of texture when I took some lowlight shots.
Also, the flash sometimes whitewash the photos, so you don\'t get the best 3D effect there either.
One of my favorite things about EVO 3D is how fast it is.
The app loads extremely fast, the touch response is mostly live, and the phone doesn\'t slow down when I open some apps.
You can really see double. core 1.
The 2 GHz processor is running when you use the phone to the maximum.
However, at the end of the testing period, I did notice a bit of a slowdown.
Otherwise, the smooth, responsive touch screen occasionally freezes, mainly when I try to end the call quickly.
When running intensive games like Spider-Man 3D, the phone also gets a bit hot, but only for a minute or two.
Battery life gave me a day of use-no more.
The camera is a large drain, especially in 3D mode.
With hours of talk time, email and TweetDeck usage, and WhatsApp messages, my battery indicator flashes orange at the end of the day.
The quality of the call is average and I think the Speaker may sound a little louder.
Also, the caller at the other end complained that my voice sounded a little weak.
The htc evo 3D is like adding a punch.
It looks great and fast and the 3D effect adds the \"oomph\" factor.
While I will give my thumbs up on the performance of my phone, no.
The 3D feature of glasses is worth showing off and will surprise you.
Love: 3D effect, performance no lag hate: battery life at the low end, priceyRs 35,990 (
